At SHOGLA™, we make every effort to ensure that all the sunglasses and prescription glasses we offer are of the highest quality. And if there is a problem, we will do our best to fix everything.
Each product is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against any defects, and if you damage your glasses during normal use, we will endeavor to offer you a repair option at the lowest possible price.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in sunglasses or goggles (lenses, frames, temples, strap or screws). If the product is damaged during delivery, you must notify us immediately with photographic evidence.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, including scratches or marks on frames and lenses and degradation of goggle straps. Damage caused by misuse or storage, or damage caused by neglect or accident. Damage caused by solvents or chemicals including sunscreen, hairspray, alcohol, etc. Melting of frames due to excessive heat. The lenses fog up due to sweat. Lens degradation or delamination due to exposure to chemicals, salt water, pool chemicals, etc. Lost or stolen merchandise after delivery. If the carrier marked the shipment as "Delivered", the order is considered completed.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

The email must include your name, order number and a detailed description of the problem. You must attach photographic documentation and show the defect.
If the product is found to be defective under the 2-year warranty, you will receive the required replacement part or a prepaid return label to send it back. For a limited number of countries we are unable to offer prepaid return labels and will then cover the cost via direct deposit.
If the product we receive is found to be defective, we will ship you a repaired or new product free of charge
