Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In accordance with current legal provisions, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Shogla.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise - in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which event occurs first.
Please return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
