INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquire the item or from the day a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Shogla.com, ul. Kościuszki 66A, 32-650 Kęty) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by way of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
In the case of withdrawal from this agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item, whichever is the earliest.
Please send or hand over the item to us immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

INFORMATION REGARDING DECLARATION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS BY THE CONSUMER (COMPLAINTS)
In accordance with applicable regulations, we are responsible to you under the rules specified in the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.
After detecting a defect, you have the right to:
- Submit a declaration demanding a reduction in price;
- Submit a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement, but not when the defect is insignificant;
- Demand replacement of the item free from defects;
- Demand the removal of the defect.
Within 14 days, we will respond to your statements or requests.

We bear the costs of exchange or repair.
We are liable under warranty if a physical defect is found within two years from the moment the item is handed over to you, or if the subject of the sale is a used item - within one year from the date of its handover. Your entitlement is limited in time to one year from the date of discovering the defect but not earlier than within two years from the date of delivering the item to you, and if the subject of the sale is a used item, before the expiration of one year from the date of delivering the item to you. An exception is when a specified by us or the manufacturer shelf-life of the item ends after two years from the date of delivering the item to you.
In such a case, we are liable under warranty for physical defects of the item found before the expiration of this period. The responsibility for legal defects is essentially the same, and the time to report runs from the time of learning about the defect, and the limitation periods from the date of the finality of the judgment in the case of an item affected by a legal defect.
The issue of warranty is extremely complex, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Civil Code and the UOKiK and consumer organizations' websites that precisely and illustratively describe your rights. Our store operates in accordance with the law and respects consumer rights, so the legal information you find there will also apply to agreements with us.
